each week come out exercise together lo.. can add climb broga hill in the list ar.. i think nite can play ball oso le, recently see got switch on light at the court near my house

其实除了篮球，羽球、乒乓、足球也行吧？就只是玩玩而已，不用多么的利害。运动过，出过汗，自然就过瘾了~
